Sizing Information: We strongly encourage you to carefully check the sizing descriptions and measurements provided for each item before making your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us prior to placing your order.

Refund Policy for Special Circumstances

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While our standard policy is that all sales are final, we understand that special circumstances may arise.

Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.

Refund Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: If a refund is granted due to an incorrect item, we will also reimburse standard shipping costs incurred for the return.

Final Decision: All refund decisions are at the discretion of The Summerhouse Market and we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the conditions are not met.

Cancellations

At this time, we only accept cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an item has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Refusal and Reshipping Policy

We want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding refused deliveries:

Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us for any reason, we will not issue a refund.

Address Verification: We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues. Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will follow the same policy outlined above.
